As you may be aware, it is very important to work with a good, local lender when purchasing a home. Unlike anonymous internet mortgage lenders, local lenders have a stake in their community and know that they will undoubtedly come face-to-face with their clients at various community events or perhaps in the market purchasing groceries - they want to be able to hold their head up high and greet you knowing they've done a great job for you. Their reputation, like mine, is built on satisfied clients.
As a result of my experience with a variety of local lenders, I have selected a few mortgage consultants who meet my criteria of providing superior customer service. They are great communicators - this is very important so we always know what's happening on their end in a transaction, and we can rest assured that they will contact us at the first sign any difficulty arises that may complicate the transaction. They are "on top of their game" - diligently shepherding the transaction from beginning to end to see that it proceeds smoothly and in a timely manner.
